Commission Details

By ordering a commission from me you are making a contract between me and you. This outlines who is responsible for what, what is being produces, and how I will be paid for what I produce.

Removing any vagueness surrounding the commission will help to ensure there are no issues or disputes from either side.

This page gives you various commission details that you may need, such as how you can pay, and how you can use the commissioned peice.

Payments

Methods

I am able to recieve payments via:

• PayPal - Available in these currencies.
• CashApp - In GBP only, due to their currency restrictions.
• Patreon - payments of a fixed amount made on a reccuring monthly basis in these currencies.
• Crytocurrency - I'll also accept a wide range of cryptocurrencies for payment.

In some cases I may be able to accept payment via a direct bank transfer, however the above methods are prefered.

Plans

When you commission me there are different times that you may be able to pay. Payments may be made:

• Upfront - all money payed before work on the commissions commences.
• Payment Plan - payments spread across an amount of time; made in installments.
• 50/50 Split - 50% Immediately, 50% upon commission completion.

If a commission specifies a payment plan on it's page, then that plan must be used.

Late Fees

As a freelancer, I am entitled to apply late fees. This is to ensure that I am not underpaid due to inflation devaluing late payments.

Invoices have a 45 or 30 day time limit in which they must be payed. Failure to pay any invoice will result in the application of intrest to the invoice to counter inflation over the period.
If an missed invoice is over £100 it will incur an additional flat £40 fee.

Licensing

As standard, the following commissions will be licensed under an Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) License:

• Graphic Design
• Music
• Poems (Writing)

Article Commissions are provided under an Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License.

All Software Commissions are provided under an Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) License.

Proofreading is provided without license, and you will be free to license the outcome of it as you see fit.

You may purchase full copyright of your commission for 100% of it's price, or for a flat fee if it is a Software Commission.

Project Timescale

I will endeavour to complete your commission within the shortest reasonable time.

Most commissions will be completed in a chronological manner, so those who order their commission before you will have there's delivered before yours.

If there is any form of sickness, or if there is any other reason why I cannot work, I will inform you of this with an estimate of when I may be able to resume, and how this will affect the completion of your order.

Contract Template
